How do you gain fame with the Legion if you're vilified? I'm trying to do the House Always Wins quest, I have to go and talk to Caesar but I can't go into Cottonwood without getting shot at, I was able to go to his fort but I can't take on all of his body guards without losing all my companions, and I certainly can't do it without my companions.
